A: Had this beer on-tap, poured into a pint glass at Gene's Haufbrau. Had a yellow color and a thick, cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy head that lasted a fair amount of time. Fair lacing.
S: A different aroma than I expected, with strawberries having a presence along with the typically spicy witbier ingredients.
T: Tasted of coriander, citrus (orange), light malt, and the aforementioned strawberries. The strawberries take a little getting used to, but gradually become more and more likeable. A light and refreshing flavor.
M: A well-carbonated beer with a smooth, yet lively finish. Light-bodied.
O: While this beer is uneven in spots it's an interesting take on the witbier style. Worth a try.
