On tap at Farmer’s Cabinet in Philadelphia. Pours a pale golden color with a nice white head. The nose begins with nice notes of Brett -- earth, hay, light cherry and pit, and general stone/berry fruitiness. Some oak comes through in the flavor. Very dry and earthy. Some must and straw. Fruit through the finish. Really nice use of the Brett.

Draft at The Boilermaker in Philadelphia, PA.
Pours a slightly cloudy golden straw color with a two finger frothy white head that very slowly fades into a lasting ring. Chunks of soapy lacing left behind.
Musty, funky aroma with a nice brett presence that compliments the farmhouse yeast. Grassy with straw and hay as well as some zesty spice, light fruit and bready yeast. Subtle oak barrel but the brett and farmhouse notes still shine.
Medium bodied with a well balanced, complex flavor profile. Nice musty brett presence up front that gives off some funky dryness that compliments the farmhouse yeast and zesty spices. Hints of coriander and peper followed by slight booze, light fruit and minimal bready yeast. Complex yet light and easy to drink. Really refreshing.
