On tap at Farmer’s Cabinet. Pours a medium golden color with a short white head and a spot or two of lacing. The nose brings some mild oak notes along with some backing earthy Brett. Soft malt as well. Flavor has some earthy character plus a bit of light fruit behind a soft oak presence. Body is light-medium with low-average carbonation. Dry finish. Slight tannins. Pretty good.

This is a different variation than the White Ash version which has a separate listing.
On draft at The Farmers' Cabinet.
Pours a cloudy dark golden yellow color with a two finger frothy white head that slowly settles into a lasting cap/ring. Steaks of soapy lacing coat the glass.
Earthy aroma with a strong barrel presence and lots of musty funk. Really sweaty with a ton of funky bugs and a strong lactic cheese-like presence. There's also some dank, earthy wood, subtle citrus and a hint of acetone.
Very tart and puckering with a lot of acetic and lactic funk. Some dry earthy oak but the flavor is pretty much all intense sourness until the palate adjusts. After that adjustment there is a strong citrus presence that gives off some sweetness for balance. A bit of solvent in the finish makes it kind of harsh with lingering acetic acid. Oak adds some nice dryness but isn't a strong presence. Pretty intense throughout but becomes more complex and easier to drink as you make your way trough the glass.
