On tap at Farmer’s Cabinet. Pours a fairly-dark mahogany color with a short off-white head. The nose carries some lactic notes and a deep woodiness. Notes of cherry and earth. Flavor is fairly oaky with a bit of acidity. Slight dark fruits and mild cherry plus accompanying earthiness. Smooth and medium-bodied. Quite good.
