A: Crystal clear amber with a minimal head. Lots of lacing left on the glass after each sip.
S: Grassy hops with a touch of malt.
T: Biscuity bread. The malt flavor is maintained throughout, even as the grassy notes join in. Ends with the perfect amount of hops.
M: Light and smooth without being watery. Eminently drinkable.
O: Very, very well balanced pale. Brewers get too hoppy nowadays, IMO. This is just right.
