Our easy drinking session ale. Medium bodied and red in color with pronounced caramel malt sweetness and just a hint of roastiness.

On tap at the source.
Pours a deep copper color with a thinnish off white head that displays moderate retention and lace. Smells of caramel and chocolates malts with hints of earthy hops. Sweet aroma with just enough hop to keep it from cloying. Taste follows the smell to a T. Earthy hops fight to cut through a sweet caramel and chocolate malt onslaught. Medium body and level of carbonation, sweet mouthfeel. Decent Irish red if not a bit boring. Nothing objectionable, just nothing earthy shattering here either.
