Traditional German dark wheat beer with pronounced chocolate flavors from the dark malts as well as banana and clove from the use of an authentic Bavarian yeast.

Had this on tap at the Tullycross Tavern in Manchester, CT. A beautiful, murky light-dark dunkelweizen with a slightly bitter body and a smooth finish. Served in a tulip, this beer's nose was a bit hard to detect, but perhaps because of that evasiveness, it made me keep wanting to pick up on its trail. The taste was spot-on delicious German-style beer and really matched the bar food well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this, and I hear it will be on tap regularly throughout the season.
