On tap at Barclay's.
A: Pours a clear reddish-amber with short-lived off-white head.
S: It's very herbal, grassy, and slightly dank on the nose. Yes, this is going to be hoppy.
T: ...Not in the right way. Man, this is unbearably bitter. I was hoping for more dry-hop emphasis, but it's like sucking on a bundle of pine needles and brushing my teeth with grass. I couldn't even finish it.
M: Unnecessarily bitter with a lot of lingering oils in the aftertaste.
O: I was really sad after having this beer. Two bad picks in a row (Auburn Fool's Gold before this). Might as well have burned $12 and punched myself in the groin. Some days I just hate beer.
