Red beer, dark red appearance, some brown, almost no head. Aroma was lacking in the cherry and tart department.
Taste finally got some cherry through, but the bugs didn't take hold. Carbonation too low. What can you do.

A reddish colored beer, darker, not much in the way of head, but not a bad looking beer. Aroma was lacking much of tart or sour notes, some cherry.
Taste, cherry was nicely delivered, they did a good job with that, but for supposedly having brettanomyces, lactobacillus and pediococcus, this beer was almost completely devoid of a sour aspect. It was just cherry, should have had more carbonation. Described as a belgian style pale ale with sour cherry syrup soured w/ brett/pedio/lacto. I dunno, nice base beer, wild yeast wasn't so wild, very tame. Maybe this was just real early, and it needs a few years. I heard Calambic was that way. Terrible, sat two years, awesome. I liked the cherry aspect.
