This lager is crafted in the Vienna style using both Munich malt and genuine Hallertauer hops, showing a copper amber hue with rich malty tones. The lager yeast strain works slowly over seven weeks before the beer is ready for filtering and serving on tap. Lagers emphasize clean flavors and crisp malt qualities rather than the fruitiness of an ale and our Rogers Lager is a prime example. The Rogers Pharmacy, located on the corner of Mangum and Parrish Street for over fifty years, was a Saturday meeting place for the community and where everyone shopped for sundries and medicines.
