Served on tap at Bull City Burger and Brewery in Durham, NC
A: Pours a crystal clear medium golden yellow in color with some dark golden yellow highlights and moderate to heavy amounts of active visible carbonation. The beer has a half finger tall sudsy white head that reduces to a mottled thin film covering the majority of the surface of the beer with a slightly thicker ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: There are light amounts of pale malts in the smell but that is quickly overtaken by the more moderate aromas of the hops - citrus/lemon is the strongest with some lighter notes of floral and grassy hops.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of pale malts with some light amounts of caramel sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of lemon/citrus and light flavors of pine resin hops. Moderate amounts of bitterness linger in the finish.
M: Medium bodied with moderate to heavy amounts of carbonation. Light amounts of dryness in the finish.
O: Super easy to drink, enjoyable, and sessionable - the combination of the nice flavors from the hops combined with the lighter body and low ABV makes this a super easy drinking beer that you could have all night.
