Served on tap at Bull City Burger and Brewery in Durham, NC
A: Pours a medium yellow in color with some light amounts of golden yellow highlights and moderate to heavy amounts of visible carbonation. The beer has a half finger tall bright white head that reduces to a very thin film covering the surface of the beer with a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Light to moderate aromas of light fruits - peach, apricot, and some lemon/citrus all stand out.
T: Upfront there is a light to moderate amount of pale malts flavors with moderate amounts of light fruit flavors and sweetness - I detect peach and apricot. There are some very light notes of lemon/citrus. Very light amounts of bitterness in the finish which fade rather quickly.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation.
O: Very refreshing and easy to drink, pairs well with the meatiness of the burgers but when drank on it's own it was just a touch too sweet for me... Definitely easy to drink and it feels like it has a low ABV but nothing is listed on the menu and the bartender was not sure of the strength (just that it was not too strong).
