True Pint at Venti’s Taphouse,, S.Salem. $4.50 Nice bright amber/orange ale, with a small yet persistent white head. Nice fresh hop aromas, floral and zesty lemon..can also get a nice caraml malt aroma Taste is the same as the aroma mainlly maybe a tad hoppier than expected. \ MOuthfeel is smooth and with low carbonation. Overall a solid if not spectacular IPA

22oz bottle poured into a white wine glass. Did not see a date on the bottle.

Appearance- Dark golden with a little haze. Very small white head. 4/5

Smell- Grassy and tropical at the same time. 4/5

Taste- Tropical with a grassy undertone of hop flavor. Good bitterness. 4/5

Mouthfeel- Very good and on style for an IPA. 4.5/5

Overall - This is a good beer. Pleasant to drink. I had this at Cheese Bar and the only real bad thing I would say is that it was $14 for a bomber. Wow. Way to expensive for a reg IPA. Should be about $7. 3.5/5

Never heard of 'em.

New brewery out of Newberg. Thought I'd try out the IPA first. Expensive 22 oz. poured into an imperial pint glass.

A: This beer is flatter then my sister. Even when I tried to get some head on the beer I couldn't. Low carbonation & a darker then usual (for an IPA) amber color.

S: Floral aroma, that is refreshing & big. I dig this part of the beer. Better then average? Not quite.

T: Smooth citrus flavor that is dry & easy to drink. Not overly hoppy. This beer has more of a malt flavor that smacks you first.

M: A light body that I wish was a little more dense.

O: Welcome new company. Can't wait to try more of your beer, just not this one.

Appearance-Pours a light amber color, quite clear of sediment.

Smell-Pungent bouquet of hop flower. Middling pine and citrus balance. Quite a complex and attractive aroma.

Taste-Deeply complex hop flavors, a caramel malt body, with lots of finishing hops, big aroma and flavors of Cascade, Simcoe and Amarillo hops without any harshness. Very well balanced.

Mouthfeell-Middling body, hoppy, and flavorful without being sticky.

Overall-Palate filling and smooth. Lots of flavor and aroma. A remarkably huge hop presence that remains balanced.
