Opaque dark brown colour. Small tan head. Poor head retention.
Slightly roasted aroma. Nutty. Dark malts. Some earthiness. Not bad.
Sharp roasted bitterness. Fair whack of earthy character. Nutty from the wattleseed. Not bad but nothing amazing.
Medium-light body with moderately-high carbonation.
Okay. It's nothing special but the roasty character combines nicely with the earthy, nutty wattleseed.
