From tasting notes. L: A 2” rocky white foam collar sits atop a hazy straw column. S: Banana, tropical fruit, and over ripe fruit, light funk with spice and herb in the background. T: Banana and tropical fruit balanced by grassy hops and some rosemary notes. F: Very creamy, soft palate, medium light, slightly above average carbonation. O: The beer to drink with cod and roasted potatoes.
