Poured to a tumbler glass.
A: The body is cloudy was you'd expect from an Omnipollo beer. The head is very generous creating a 2 to 3 fingers thick head being white coloured.
S: The aroma is very yeasty (champagne-like) and minimally citrusy of oranges and tangerines. It's very ingenious to make a DIPA that doesn't show much earthy, resin or citrusy aroma profiles. Yeast is the aroma king here.
T: The yeast used here appears to be one used of champagne because the profile is really close to that, like Omnipollo Leon's beer or even North Coast Le Merle's. There's also some spiciness, some malty backbone but this is totally different from what you'd expect from a DIPA, however, it's great. But you'd probably want to tell your friends this is more of a Saison instead of a DIPA.
M: The body is medium high to high. Carbonation is high. Bitterness is mild.
O: This is an ingenuous beer for a DIPA, really diggin' this.

330ml bottle into an Omnipollo branded Shaker. Paid £3.90 for a single.
Pours a turbid yellow-orange body, with a small amount of sluggish carbonation visible only against the edges of the glass. A thick, creamy, one-finger in height, white head with excellent retention slowly condenses to a dense cap, leaving behind plenty of soapy lace.
Sweet and juicy citric hops initially comprise the majority of the bright and aromatic nose. Fleshy orange, tangerine and satsuma lead over apricot, peach, nectarine, mango and pineapple, while traces of doughy wheat are faintly perceptible in the background. Subtle floral and pine profiles become apparent towards the back end, along with a touch of alcohol. Taste follows almost exactly, with soft, juicy fruit profiles firmly in control across the bulk of the palate. Orangey citrus transitions slowly towards ripe peachy stone fruits and tropical notes of mango, pineapple and melon. Around the mid palate, vaguely bready and biscuity impressions reveal glimpses of the light malt backbone without diverting from the hop-forward structure. Towards the back end, hop profiles begin to move from juicy tropical fruits to lightly bitter citric pith and peels. In the mouth, a medium body aided by the tangible addition of protein is coupled with fine carbonation to retain substantial heft, whilst balancing high-drinkability and a wonderfully full, silky smooth feel. After the swallow, very light floral and resinous pine profiles join lingering lemon and grapefruit peels, providing restrained, but well-balanced bitterness. Hop oils gently stimulate the palate, and in combination with moderately perceptible alcohol, dry out to finish clean, crisp and refreshing, with enough astringency to encourage another sip.
Overall this is an excellent beer. Bright, juicy and tropical, throughout it puts sweet fruity hops at the front and centre of its flavour profile. Bitterness that I don’t usually enjoy is reserved until the very end, where even then it is implemented sparingly, and only to provide needed balance. The use of Protein Shake proves to be more than a gimmick, adding a creamy texture to the hazy body, that is hugely drinkable despite the relatively high 8% ABV. Brewed as a one-off, I hope Omnipollo make more, or something similar. Next time I’ll certainly buy more than just one bottle. Recommended.

L: Hazy lemon, honey, nice lacing, big bubbly head that dissipates fast.
S: Big pineapple smell, lemon juice, citrusy and tropical mix, smells fresh and delicious
T: Nice fruity flowery taste, light and not as heavy as you'd expect, smooth creamy, slightly fruity bready taste that is very nice.
F: Milky, great feel, smooth and clean, light and perfect carbonation
O: A fantastic brew that is dangerous coming in at 8%. Such light and delicate flavors for this style that really should be tried.

L - Fucking hazy pale yellow with almost no head
S - Melon, pineapple, vanilla, honey
T - Follow the smell plus some lactic notes, a bit sweet, but not malt sweetness
F - Smooth, milky, this is the highlight of this beer
O - Definitely a crazy take on a DIPA. The protein enhance the mouthfeel but does less favor to the taste and smell. I like it because it's very original but I don't think I'll go back to that one

33cl bottle. Milky yellow pour, with a white head that gives way to a sticky lacing. Smells of lemon zest, grapefruit, unripe pineapple, mango, peaches and honey. The taste is bitter-sweet with a pinch of salt, with notes of lemon zest, pineapple and some vanilla. Silky smooth texture, medium body with some carbonation and a hoppy and sweet aftertaste.

Really nice hazy yellow color with creamy white head. Aroma is hoppy with floral notes, melon, pineapple and peach. Also some vanilla and lactic sweetness. Taste starts a bit sweet but also really hoppy. Pretty much follows the aroma with the same fruity flavors plus the vanilla sweetness. Body is heavy and smooth, milky almost. Alcohol is really well hidden. Aftertaste is quite bitter and hoppy. Really nice, one of the best from the Magic Number series.
