A 330ml bottle with a best before date of 6th July 2016, poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Appearance: It poured a cloudy dark pinkish (like pink guava juice) colour with a one finger light pink head that had poor retention and little lacing.
Aroma: Very nice raspberry and guava aromas along with a hint of peach and orange.
Taste: Tart sour raspberries and guava, with some light grapefruit bitterness, orange sweetness and pine.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with medium carbonation.
Overall: Wow, I really liked this. There’s a good balance between sour, bitter and sweet here. The tart sour raspberries was really nice and the guava was a nice surprise. I definitely have to get myself more of this.

Delicious. Wouldn't call it an IPA, so much as a slightly hopped fruit ale. A delicious experience nonetheless.

Smell is actually like a raspberry smoothie - lactose, raspberry ice cream, and some guava.
Taste matches the smell with slight raspberry tartness, cream, and guava. It actually seems much more like a dry-hopped raspberry sour than a fruity IPA.
Overall, another deliciously unique beer from Omnipollo. Not usually a fan of sweet beers, but they seem to do a nice job of balancing out that sweetness with interesting flavor profiles.

Pours a very hazy blood orange. Normal head volume, poor retention and lacing.
Outstanding medium strength aroma of raspberries, biscuit malt and citric hops (orange) plus a hint of floral hops.
Nice light medium body that is oily to the point of nearly being slick in texture. Perfectly carbonated with a nice effervescent middle and a roiling finely bubbled finish.
The flavor profile is outstanding. Intensity and balance are spot on, but complexity is where this beer shines. It begins with semi sweet blend of fruit flavors that separate into orange with tangerine hints then flows into a tart rush of raspberry. A very mild bitterness arrives in the middle that is orange/tangerine rind based. A rich cracker biscuit rises to balance. The finish is still tart, a tad dry and leaves you an amazing fade of all the previous flavors.

An opaque violet/prune color, no head. Aroma of dank American hops and fruit concentrate. The raspberries come through front and center with the piney, citrusy hops tagging right along with a combined fruit and hops bitterness. Very good body, precise carbonation.

330 ml bottle into pint glass, best before 7/6/2016. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy reddish orange color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense light pink head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big tart raspberry, grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, mango, passionfruit, peach, lemon zest, orange peel, light pine, light honey, bread, light vanilla/cream, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of raspberries, citrus/tropical hops, pale malt, and light lactose/vanilla notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart raspberry, grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, mango, passionfruit, peach, lemon zest, orange peel, pine, light honey, bread, light vanilla/cream, and floral/grassy earthiness. Fair amount of pine/grassy bitterness and fruit tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of raspberry, grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, mango, passionfruit, peach, lemon/orange peel, pine, light honey, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness, complexity, and balance of raspberries, citrus/tropical hops, pale malt, and light lactose/vanilla flavors; with a great malt/bitter/tartness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and fairly creamy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a damn nice fruited IPA style. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, citrus/tropical hops, pale malt, and light lactose/vanilla flavors; and very smooth and easy to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
