My second beer from Omnipollo, definitely a different take on an IPA! loved what they did with it.
A: A rustic dark orange color to it with a lot of carbonation throughout the beer with a quick fading head.
S: Very fruity, raspberry, cherry right off the bat. Not a lot of hops though.
T: A very crispy blend of tarty, sweet fruits with a slight slight hint of hops. Extremely easy to drink, reminded me of a sour.
O: Fantastic beer, definitely not what i had thought it would be but it was a fantastic brew!

Lots of fruit on the nose, like Starburst (or Opal Fruits and they should be called!). Hazy appearance and a thin head that soon disappears. Taste is fruity too and with some hops coming through. A quick sharp finish with lingering fruit on the tongue.

Pours a hazy pinky/peachy/red with a finger of white head. Holy jebus, that nose! Massive guava, peach, pineapple, with just a slight note of lemongrass ...or something similar anyways. Taste has a ton of fruit a well, quite juicy with light, dry bitter notes of grassy hops and wild yeast in the finish. Medium body, medium amount of fine carbonation. Very nice beer, very interesting.
