Bottle poured into a BarrelHouse Brewing Co pint glass
A: Pours slightly hazy light golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves some nice lacing.
S: Tropical fruit, mango and passion fruit, citrus, orange and lemon, grassy/herbal notes, and light malt.
T: Citrus, lemon lime, tangerine, tropical fruit, mango, passion fruit, very slight herbal note, crackery malt, and light caramel sweetness.
M: Light to medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: This should be a lesson to all brewers trying to do a hop bomb IPA with a light malt backbone. This is how you do it and don't end up with just hop water. That little extra depth really helps showcase the hops. Great beer!

A 330m bottle with a best before date of 2nd November 2016 and poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Appearance: It poured a slightly hazy golden straw yellow colour with a one finger white head with decent retention and leaves nice lacing.
Aroma: Citra tropical with mango, peach and apricot with a hint of lychee. Every now and then I’m also getting some citrus fruits.
Taste: Like the aroma, tropical fruit is there but not as strong. There was also a hint of lemon and biscuit malt in the background.
Mouthfeel: Crisp, light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Great aromas and very nice and easy to drink. Would have preferred if the tropical taste was stronger though, considering the nose.
