On tap at Hunahpu Day. Black with a thick mocha head. Smells like a cinnamon bomb. Cinnamon, chocolate, and vanilla. Tastes like a cinnamon bomb too. Spicy. Chocolatey. Huge cinnamon throughout. Heavy and boozy. Delicious. I spent half my day railing against the sweaty beer nerds freaking out over giant adjunct stouts... and then this beer turned out to be my favorite of the day. I'm such a hypocrite.

On tap at HotD. Pricey but oh-so-good. Side-by-side with the Noa
Jet black with a dark brown head with good retention and lacing, this looks solid. If the Noa was absurd, this was even more so. Powdered cinnamon, pecan, chocolate, buckwheat honey, coffee. Insane pecan character. Smoke, earth, coconut, a moderate poppy seed pastry note. Palette is oily, unctuous, cinnamon, honey, chocolate syrup and pecan pie. Cocoa nibs.spectacular mouthfeel. Long finish with bourbon, vanilla, coconut and cinnamon. Hedonic but not as refined as Noa, to the extent that Noa can even be called a refined beer.
