Collaboration with Trillium Brewing Company
We decided to craft an immensely complex Imperial Stout. Then came a balanced addition of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans and subtle hint of green cardamom to accent a liberal dose of cold brewed chocolaty medium roast from our friends at Kersh.
This version comes in a 33 cl bottle while the US version comes in a 75 cl bottle.

33 cl bottle. Inky black. No head. Smells of vanilla. Lots of vanilla. Coffee and chocolate too. Tastes of vanilla all over, too. Coffee is strong. Sweet chocolate malt. I get a little bit of the cardamom, but someone told me it was there, so maybe I wouldn’t have if I hadn’t known. Boozy and heavy, but flavorful enough to really enjoy.
