Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Blue Session. Smells like liquid chocolate with some cacao bitterness. Taste is sweet at first with molten chocolate, ice cream and milkshake flavors. Finishes with bitter dark chocolate. Really smooth mouthfeel.
