L: Very hazy amber color, half-ish finger white head, messy lacing, no visible carbonation.

S: Tropical fruits, hops.

T: Tropical fruits, hops. Very tasty. Could drink this every day.

F: Full bodied, full flavored.

O: Superb DIPA and highly drinkable for every day. Another great collab from Omnipollo.

Cotton Candy Pina Colada Space Cookie Double Milkshake IPA.
Hazy, almost unpresentable. Evanescent foam.
Smell of cookies and milkshake.
At the taste, vanilla, milkshake, cookies, marshmallow, coconut. Something of all. But: IPA?
Alcohol well hidden.
No idea how to describe it. But, said that, we thought worse.

Poured to a BrewDog snifter.

A: Body is amazing with a very opaque bright yellow and small white head that's very minimal, 1mm thick that disappears very quickly.
S: Aroma is huge on vanilla, cotton candy and huge powered hops behind. It seems delicious. I've had other vanilla powered IPAs and nothing has smelled as good as this.
T: Taste starts off with a big vanilla profile. Right after, you get a very firm citric touch of tangerine and lemon zest. After that, you run straight away to a grassy finish that's just so perfect to a mildly strong bitter finish that it let's think on how well this was created.
M: Body is medium high. Carbonation is great. Alcohol is almost unnoticed. Bitterness is high and sweetness is low.
O: Omnipollo are back to creating unforgettable IPAs. Not the rubbish they've been making in the last months. Tired Hands and Monkish really get ahold of this.

Had on tap. A dentist nightmare, ALL THE SUGAR!!! Cotton candy, sugared and boozy pineapple, cake icing, vanilla, and glazed coffee cake all rolled into a hazy mess. Way too sweet to be enjoyable. Sometimes you want to create things just because you can, thus why I wanted to try it, but wow, too intense for me.

Pours a hazy light orange with fine, soapy head.

Smell is sweet, with notes of vanilla, spun sugar and mango.

Taste goes all in on the sweetness, taking the vanilla, sun sugar and mango from the nose and throws in some pineapple and bunt cake, and just a touch of bitterness. It becomes a bit muddled, and too sweet.

Mouthfeel is medium and soft, well carbonated.

Overall, I love when Omnipollo gets weird, but this just goes a little bit overboard with the sweetness.
