33 cL bottle. Black and leaves a film inside the glass. Smells of coconut, bourbon hits the nostrils, brown sugar. Tastes of bourbon much more strongly, coconut. Deep roasted malt and bitter chocolate. Heavy, but not overly sweet. Very nice. Just shy of being too much.

Drank on October 14th.
Poured into a BrewDog snifter.
A: Body is deep black, creating a wonderful dark brown head that appears to be very fluffy and doesn't go away a couple minutes after you pour.
S: The aroma is very vibrant of vanilla, coconut and chocolate.
T: The taste is where it gets a little bit tricky. The amount of alcohol present here and the cocoa nibs make it nearly undrinkable, as the bitterness is so high that makes any sip actually hard.
M: Body is high. Carbonation is pretty good. But bitterness due to the pure cocoa nibs is over the top and the barrel aging did nothing good to this beer.
O: Not all Omnipollo beers are perfect. This one actually sits on the opposite end related to NOA or Yellow Belly.

30 Mayo 2020. De Tercertiempocervezas. En copa Mahou Barrica. Jugando a Spiderman. Rico perfil a postrecito, aunque el alcohol se nota algo más de lo deseable y resta algo de presencia a las notas pastelosas
