Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy milky pale-yellow color ale with a white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops notes with some juicy notes and dry floral undertones is enticing. Taste is a good mix of citrusy hops notes with some juicy notes and citrusy floral hops undertones with a dry finish. Body is pretty full for style with good carbonation. Lighten the most examples of the style but well brewed nonetheless.

L: Hazy, brown/orange. Standard amount of head.
S: The tropical fruits (tangerine, orange, pineapple) fairly burst forth on opening the can.
T: You get the tropical and passion fruits on tasting, but it tends toward hop bitterness rather than the fruity sweetness your olfactory senses are perceiving. A little oily and resinous on the tongue.
Overall this is a super, pleasant New England IPA. Goes down well with dry, but not astringent, hop taste.

473 ml can served cold into a pint glass. LCBO purchase for around $4.25 CDN.
Appearance - Hazy, rich golden color with orange hues. Two fingers of nicely dense white head and good staying power with some sparse spidery lacing left behind as the head recedes.
Smell - Quite fruity with plenty of tropical notes up front, passionfruit guava and mango most notably with some orange and grapefruit bitterness showing up at the close. Not even close to the most intense smelling IPA.
Taste - Much like nose, aromas turned to flavors and emboldened some. Passionfruit and guava are the stars with hints of lychee and grapefruit.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied, quite smooth and easy to drink. Slightly drying finish.
Overall - A very solid represnetation of the style, but as more brewers nail down the style, it gets harder to separate from the pack. Aura is quite a good brew, maybe a bigger nose would make it stand it out more. I certainly wouldn't turn this away.
