On tap at Omnipollos Flora.
Pours a fairly clear yellow with soft head.
Smell is crisp and bready with notes of oak, citrus, knäckebröd and rye.
Taste is bready and a bit sweet with notes of knäckebröd, toast citrus and oak with a moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice pilsner with an interesting twist.

Copenhagen 10/7 2021. 44 cl an from SuperBrugsen, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Drawing of a pair of swollen and slightly deranged-looking lips hovering on the can.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty odor mingling with a more aggressive, hoppy scent. sweet, pale malts and bread. Citrus, lemongrass, green apples and grass. Whiff of sour grainy notes.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is is lightly sweet followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is bitter and dry.
Does what a Pilsener is supposed to leaving my mouth dry and bitter. No complaints.
