16oz can. Poured out a very cloudy/hazy, orange color with golden highlights and a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sticky patches of lace. It smelled of mango, orange and hints of vanilla. Not much chocolate at all. Sweet tropical fruit taste with vanilla and creaminess.

I got a can of this beer off the single shelf from my local beer store just around the corner. It poured a cloudy orangish with floaties and thin white head that is not leaving much lace. The scent had a wonderful mango and citrus peel spice. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with mango and orange creme flare. The mouthfeel was creamy and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

16oz can poured into a teku.

A: Beautiful hazy bright gold with a small, fluffy white head that fades moderately.

S: Strong impressions of mango and tangerine, lots of creamy milk sugar sweetness and mild notes of cocoa powder.

T: Sweet mango, juicy and fresh citrus and tropical fruits. Middle of the palate opens up with the confectionary sweetness of cocoa and white chocolate, vanilla.

MF: Fuller bodied, creamy and smooth. No real lingering sweetness or alcohol presence, which is nice at this abv.

O: One of the best triple milkshake IPA’s I’ve had, well-executed. Walks that line between boozy and sweet pretty well.

There's a whole new generation of IPA lovers who didn't like IPA back when they were bitter. And for those, Omnipollo has a beer just for you- a triple IPA with white chocolate, mango and milk sugars. Sure, you may have to eat it with a spoon, but it is an IPA.

Straight from the dessert shelf and straight to the beer glass, Ice Creamy White Chocolate Mango pours a rich golden taupe, cast in a matte finish and displaying a depth of silt before resting underneath a blanket of light khaki froth. With a pass of the nose, the senses are woken by citronella, sweet cream, cereal and herb. Sweet in its initial sip, those cereal flavors wrap around a host of creamy flavors that resemble condensed milk, heavy cream, pulled candy, pastry dough and cereal.

As the hops open up on the middle palate, its more tropical influences arise, bringing a rich taste of orange, apricot, pineapple, red grapefruit, lemon and passionfruit. Like a beery form of sherbet, the creaminess invites an insinuation of white chocolate as a vanilla-heavy counter part keeps the session smooth and creamy, just like creamsicle.

With a stubborn resistance to fade, the rich cereal quality keeps the creamy fruit flavors elevated but hinders refreshment and drinkability. With an impression of cuacao liquor and gin spices, the finish teases with a botanical balance as hints of tea and spruce come about. But anything that resembles white chocolate is that of a spicy and weak White Russian cocktail very late in its after palate.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on October 26, 2020. I was worried that this was going to be weird and possibly unpalatable. Somehow it all comes together.
