An amazing drink! And I deliberately did not use the word “beer…”
It feels and tastes amazing. Rosehip and something extra. Very tart but quite sweet at the same time, almost like passion fruit? Or like honey rosehip tea? Not sure but very pleasant, very tasty, I loved it!
My wife had something against the aroma being a bit bitter so she couldn’t quite figure out if she liked it or not but I can say it IS great. As a beer? Well, I could imagine Omnipollo making this as a sour or as a farmhouse ale with some funk to it, but hey, I loved it as it was too, in its own low-alcoholic way…
…and this concluded our chapter of lo-alc beers from IKEA Japan. In a few months it’s X-Mas time again, let’s hope they come up with something this year too, these beers were really nice and one of a kind. Would love to try out a couple more!
