This inaugural IPA is brewed with a contemplated blend of soft malts, malted/unmalted oats and wheat. It is carefully fermented with expressive yeast and massively dry-hopped with the juiciest and dankest Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops we could find. Fair and invigorating!

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 473mL in a pint glass. From my favourite LCBO at Tecumseh Mall in nearby Windsor. Canned November 12/24. My 6th beer from the Sundbyberg, Sweden brewery, and for 2025. Remarkably recommended by Gracie the cat...

Pours cloudy gold with a wispy, shortlived head. Loads of lace coat the glass. tropical, mango and pale malts in the nose. The taste is replete with tropical, citrusy hops along with herbal notes of prominence. Light bready maltiness in the back. The mouthfeel is light bodied and puckering with hop bitterness. High bitterness in the coarse finish.
A very nice IPA with loads of bitterness.

Pours super hazy grapefruit juice colour, with a large head. Tropical and citrus on the nose. The taste is pineapple, mango, passionfruit, even a bit of kiwi. Kinda flat mouthfeel

473 ml can served cold into a chalice. LCBO purchase for around $4.50 CDN. Dated 12/10/2022 - Which must be October 12, 2022 - Given it is December 3 when reviewing this. Excellent can art as well.
Appearance - hazy and rich golden color, a finger of fluffy white head that appears cloudlike in some respects. Good retention and a small amount of soapy collar left behind.
Smell - Huge mango and guava nose up front, perhaps some papaya too. Just off the nose this might be NEIPA. Tremendously fruity with wheat based malt backbone.
Taste - Lots more mango again, but this time accompanied with lots of bitter grapefruit, hints of lemon and papaya again. A hint of onion in the aftertaste detracts slightly.
Mouthfeel - Medium-full bodied, a touch hot and boozy, but easy to drink. Carbonation is a little fizzier than average, but goes down pretty easy.
Overall - Pretty darn good IPA as usual form Omnipollo, the nose on Fantom is one of the best out there.

Taste is juicy, sweet and hoppy. Notes of mango, orange sorbet, vanilla ice cream, citrus and citrus peel. Soft bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and pillowy with good carbonation.
Overall, a terrific IPA, one of the first from Omnipollo's own brewery.
