Light DIPA that has subtle smells and flavor. All the hops I am familiar with, but not producing the the juicy flavors I love. Not huge fan of the flavor. In fact tried one more only to throw out the rest.
I am convinced that the beer is too old. Date on can is 23346. Usually don’t buy cans unless I know the date and is fairly fresh… usually less than 2 months.

From the bottom of the can: "23346"
I am curious if this is a Julian date with 23 being the year and 346 being Dec 12th

Appearance: The body is completely opaque and it has a manilla envelope color that is slightly beige with a bit of desaturated orange. It has a medium white head that is fluffy and a bit creamy textured. Nice sheets of creamy lacing.

Aroma: It has a very faint aroma of wildflowers and a very light hint of lemon zest on the nose. The aroma is pleasant but very faint.

Taste: Up front it has a floral flavor with a bit of orange marmalade. A touch of lemon flavor in the middle which is a bit like eating a lemon bar desert but more mellow. It has more floral flavors near the finish; a bit of rose mixed with wildflower. The flavors in the beer are delicate in nature but strong in their presence on the palate.

Mouthfeel: It is medium-light but closer to the light side and it finishes very dry which leaves the tongue a bit puckery and raspy. It is a sipper because of the strong and unique flavor profiles that combine with the dry body that also feels a touch weighty compared to the otherwise delicate nature of the beer.

Overall: It is an interesting beer that is both enjoyable and rewarding to drink. It's a good beer to sit and think over because it has a lot of delicate elements but each one is represented so strongly that it can be easy to overwhelm the palate. I can't remember how much the beer costs but it is definitely worth the time invested while drinking this beer. It isn't something I would buy often or buy a lot of but it certainly is a beer that I would recommend a single pour or can of.

Pours like orange juice in color with particulate floaters. Nice white head that fades to decent lacing. Nose is citrus, orange and other citrus fruits. Taste is citrus with a melon hint. Smooth feeling then the bitterness hits.

Hazy orange color with a creamy off white head that lasts and produces some nice lacing.
The aroma is pineapple, tangerine, mango, peach and a bit of pine.
The taste is all of that and more with lemon, grapefruit and passion fruit plus cereal and herbal notes joining in. The finish dries out with citrus zest, pine resin, grass and some floral notes, plenty of juicy sweetness balanced by some clean bitterness, every sip brings more nuances, very nice.
The body is medium plus, good carbonation level, creamy smooth and very drinkable.
Altogether, this is an excellent juicy IPA with a lot of depth, very tasty, refreshing and just a pleasure to enjoy, dangerously drinkable.

Like poetry on the tastebuds, Omnipollo brings us a melodic taste of tropical and citrus with a balance of herbal spice for a hazier, fruitier, stronger IPA. Keep in mind not all poets are subtle.

Eliphas pours with a bold collection of lemon and banana yellows with a very dense center of puddin' and silt. As a creamy meringue pulls from the ale a swoon of fruity scent are tropical in nature, but is fragrance also picks up on citrus, stone fruit and dank herb. As a cereal soaked taste of cream, honey, poundcake and batter like consistencies roll onto the early palate.

As the cereal and malt stew away on the middle palate, a full fruity display of pineapple, mango, passionfruit, papaya and pawpaw bring a tropical and creamy fruitiness that balances beautifully with citrusy nuances of lemon, orange and grapefruit. Trending spicy from its bold alcohol presence and its deeply bitter resins, the late palate is riddled with English bitters, pine, citrus oils and medicinal herb.

Full bodied, creamy early and trending drier and spicier, the ale finishes malty-dry and on the more bitter end of bitter-sweet. With a fruit-forward focus, the ale tends to resemble botanical gin with its aggressive spicy bitterness in closure.

Pours a like a creamy looking smoothie, pale orange juice color with a soft white head that falls slow and laces well.

Aroma is nice soft tropical fruits lightly sweet pineapple, mango, melon maybe even floral hints. Nose is just classic soft hazy.

Taste follows nose nice smooth soft sweetness smoothie like in the feel and sweet fruitiness. Finish has some average bittering hops lightly dank green mixed with some citrus rind just enough to let you know your drinking an IPA. Liking this beer a good hazy with a good medium amount of bitterness so you still get the IPA kick.

Mouthfeel is big medium this beer is smooth and creamy very well done.

Overall very nice if this was available locally it would be a regular in my fridge.

Pours a hazy light orange with soft, quickly fading head.

Smell is juicy and a bit sweet with notes of mango, pineapple, orange juice and grapefruit.

Taset is extremely hoppy, even a bit sharp and "green" with some brn. Notes of mango, pineapple, citrus and grass with a moderate, quite sharp bitterness.

Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.

Overall, a very good NE IPA that would probably need a little more time to be excellent.
