No bottling date. Bottle to snifter.
Look: Pours an oily dark black. Brownish head with a medium thickness.
Smell: Sweet milk chocolate with distinct notes of ripe banana.
Taste: Tastes as it smells. Banana notes rather fresh than ripe. Typical Barrel notes are hardly detectable.
Feel: Very creamy, or as the name implies, fluffy mouthfeel. Medium carbonation accentuating the fluffiness even more.
Overall: Very fluffy stout that feels like an oily version of a banana split. Its mouthfeel makes it a joy to drink but the banana notes are a bit too present (still puzzled about where they come from). However, they are complementing the chocolaty notes in a nice way.
