Pours a clear yellow with soapy head.
Smell is crackery, crisp, clean and a bit floral. Notes of citrus, citrus peel and some rye.
Taste is crackery, crisp, clean and floral wih a nice creaminess. Solid bitterness and notes of citrus and rye. Very easy to drink.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice pilsner, and a very interesting development for Omnipollo.
