Billionaires Hot Chocolate is a Side Project Brewing collaboration that took 3 years to make. We brewed a big, big imperial stout and barrel-aged it in Willet Family Estate rye barrels. Blending was then done by Henok and Cory during a live tasting over Instagram. To finish it off, we conditioned the beer on Ugandan vanilla beans and toasted coconut.
