Pours a hazy ligt orange with fine head and lots of lacing.
Smell is dank and fruity with notes of melon, citrus, pineapple and some herbal hints.
Taste is dank, juicy and fruity. Notes of melon, orange juice, pineapple, peach syrup and grass with some herbal hints and a soft bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium and soft, but a bit undercarbonated.
Overall, a very nice DIPA, easy to drink.

One month old. Can to wine glass.
L: Pours a hazy full yellow with a foamy white head that dissipated quickly and leaves a bit of lacing. No floaters.
S: A mix of fresh citrus fruits and white grapes.
T: Mainly white grapes and candied citrus fruits. Banana, ripe mango and vanilla are also there. Hints of pastry dough. Medium sweetness, very bitter finish and some zesty notes. Slightly green.
F: Very full and creamy. Soft carbonation.
O: Haven't had the Monkish version, but this one's really nice. Smooth and thick as well as sweet and bitter at the same time. The expected notes of citrus fruits and white grapes are also clearly tastable. Couldn't wish for much more out of a collaboration of these two breweries. Great beer.
