Pours a fairly clear yellow with soft, fluffy head.
Smell is crisp, crackery and a bit floral and mineral. Notes of citrus and knäckebröd.
Taste is crisp, crackery and floral. Moderate bitterness and notes of citrus, knäckebröd and some mineral hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, but a bit overcarbonated.
Overall, a very nice lager, Omnipollo's lager pogram is progressing nicely.
