Blackcurrant meets raspberries in this crème brûlée inspired fruited sour ale brewed with tons of berries, milk sugar and lots of finely ground vanilla.

Pours a dark purple with fine, pink head.
Smell is sweet and tart with notes of black currants, fudge, raspberry jam and vanilla.
Taste is tart with a bit of sweetness. Notes of black currants, raspberries, lime, vanilla, fudge and burnt sugar. Fairly dry with a slight bitterness. Very balanced, considering how much stuff is in it.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and chewy with good carbonation.
Overall, a very nice sour, manages to not go overboard.
