Two months old. Can to snifter.
L: Pours a hazy light yellow with a fluffy white head that leaves a bit of lacing. No floaters.
S: Candied citrus fruits paired with fresh tropical fruits. Strawberries and hints of white grapes are also there.
T: Notes of fresh orange and grapefruit as well as even fresher pineapple and mango. Green, grassy and slightly herbal. Quite bitter with some sweet hints and a dry finish.
F: Very drinkable despite its full and slightly creamy mouthfeel. Medium carbonation and a sharp and zesty hop burn.
O: One of the better IPAs I’ve had from Omnipollo. It looks great, feels nice and is full of the typical Nelson flavors. However, the sharp hop notes are a bit too strong for my taste. Still a very good beer.
