Copenhagen 19/11 2023. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Green can with a circular pattern.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles ad thin flimsy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, fermented odor of overripe Stone fruit mingling with sharp citrus fruit and alcohol. Mango, nectarine and petroleum. Lemon and lime. Sharp alcohol.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Potent DIPA combining the sweet and fermented with the sharp and citric.
