Samantha spent a full 3 years in select Willett family estate bourbon barrels to then be conditioned on select coffee until perfection. Robust, expressive and full of flavor.

Pours jet black. thick and inky with low, tan head.
Smell is sweet, intense and a bit roasted. Notes of coffee, chocolate, brownies, hazelnuts, espresso and oak. Hints of vanilla and charred wood.
Taste is massive, sweet and intense. Notes of oak, bourbon, vanilla, coffee, espresso, chocolate cake and ice cream. Slight bitterness and some roasted hints.
Mouthfeel is thick and chewy with moderate carbonation.
Overall, a decadent, crazy stout. Omnipollo at their best!
