As big fans of Monkish Brewing (US) we invited them to join ut at the church to brew a version of their iconic hop monster Foggy Window. Enthusiastically crafted at our church brewery on Sturegatan 41 in Sundbyberg, Sweden.

Pours a murky light orange with soft, fluffy head.
Smell is juicy, sweet and a bit fruity. Notes of mabgo, melon, apricot, melon ice cream and some vanilla.
Taste is juicy, sweet and intense. Soft bitterness and notes of mango, melon, pineapple and vanilla with a hint of licorice. Extremely hoppy but devilishly well balanced.
Mouthfeel is medium to full, smooth, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, a tremendous DIPA, powerful yet balanced.
