Pours a vibrant red with fine pink head.
Smell is sweet and tart with huge notes of raspberries backed by some lime, raspberry jam and vanilla.
Taste is tart with a huge hit of raspberries. Behind is a nice sweetness and also a sliight bitterness. Notes of pie crust, lime and some vanilla. Highly refreshing.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific sour where the raspberries really are the star of the show.

Sculpted from the ripest of raspberries, Omnipollo launches a brand spankin' new series of sour ale, starting off with raspberries.
The inaugural edition of Fruit World Famous pours ruddy ruby and wit a turbidly dense appearance. As any froth quickly rises and then falls, a condensed dark berry fruitiness comes with a host of dark fruit, vinous fruit, cider and citrus. A mild cakey sweetness is suggestive of red velvet cake with cereal, honey and light cream.
The raspberries kick into high gear once the creamy ale hits the middle palate. Bursting with condensed raspberry intensity, the ale is nearly plum-like with hints of black cherry, currant, blueberry and blackberry. All wrapped in a creaminess of wafer, vanilla and cereal, the richness is broken up by the bracing tartness of crabapple, sour grape, lime, lemon and gooseberry on the way to a tantalizingly warheads finish.
Medium bodied and staring sweeter, the ale makes tremendous headway toward a pleasantly sour finish assisted with dryness, crispness and refreshment despite such pastry insinuations.
