Pours a fairly clear yellow with soft, fluffy head.
Smell is bready and a bit spicy. Notes of toast, knäckebröd, wheat dough, honey and some rye.
Taste is bready and spicy with a solid bitterness. Notes of toast, knäckebröd, honey and rye with some sweet hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and creamy with good carbonation.
Overall, a terrific lager, Omnipollo are nailing their lagers.
