Collaboration with Newbarns Brewery.
We have known Emma and Gordon for years and having them over at our house always makes for a joyous occasion filled with good conversation, laughter and warmth. A vibe we have jointly tried to channel into this thoughtfully crafted mild. please turn can over twice before opening and hard pour this beer to release nitro. Crafted at Omnipollos Church.

330 ml can, probably from Vinmonopolet Sandnes Kvadrat. ABV is 5.3%. Black colour, moderate but lasting tan head. Aroma of roast malts, mild coffee and dark rye bread. Smooth mouthfeel and flavour as expected, with the same elements. A moderate bitterness, mostly from the roast malts.

Pours a dark brown with dense, tan head.
Smell is roasted and a bit sweet with notes of burnt sugar, brown bread, coffee and dark chocolate.
Taste is roasted and bit fruity and tart. Solid bitterness and notes of burt sugar, coffee gounds and brown bread.
Mouthfeel is as expected on nitro, soft and smooth with soft carbonation.
Overall, a very nice mild, would probably rock on cask.
