Copenhagen 23/3 2025. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Light brown can with a Hop flower doing Kung-fu.
Pours unclear, almost hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing,
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits soon overpowered by a zesty, citrus scent. Sweet nectarine and apricot, Hints of Mango. Grapefruit and Lemon. Sharp as a circle kick.
Strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Dry, zesty and a bit sharp.
