Copenhagen 22/12 2025. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Green can wth two crudely drawn laughing pine cones with fangs.
Pours unclear almost opaque golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles a a 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of alone fruit mingling with sharp citrus fruit. Whiff of pine trees. Peach and apricot. Citrus and grapefruit- Resin and pine.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft yet a bit lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with medium strong sweetness followed by a strong dry, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fine Indian Pale Ale with touch of pine.

Smell is fruity and floral with notes of Fizzy candy, pine, spruce, peach, citrus and peach candy.
Taste is fruity and floral with a solid bitterness. Notes of pine, spruce, grapefruit, lime, peach, grass and a hint of wood.
Mouthfeel is medium, sticky and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, unique IPA.
