The third entry in our Paradis series, brewed in collaboration with Fidens, a brewery renowned for their mastery of hoppy beers with fruit. This version incorporates passion fruit, adding a slight acidity that balances the richness of this bold double IPA. To integrate the fruit seamlessly, we brewed a drier base, ensuring the final beer remains vibrant and not overly sweet.

Pours a hazy light orange with fine, soapy head.
Smell is fruity and hoppy with notes of mango, passionfruit, grapefruit, grass and peach syrup.
Taste is juicy, hoppy, intense and boozy. Notes of citrus mango and passionfruit with a moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, powerful DIPA.
