A follow-up to our All the Vanilla stout, brewed again with Californian brewers Moksa Brewing Co., this time focusing entirely on coconut. Toasted, raw, and liquid coconut join forces over a rich barrel-aged base. We love coconut for its ability to add not just flavor, but creamy body and softness to dark beer. Using Philippine-grown coconut for this release, it’s a deep, round, and tropical expression of indulgence.

look: 3.75 | smell: 4.5 | taste: 4.25 | feel: 4.5 | overall: 4.5
Nearly black, virtually no head, no lacing. Very pretty aroma: brown sugar, Caramel, bourbon, butter & roasted malt. Slightly sweet. Flavors: caramel, vanilla, bourbon, coconut & spice. Feel: thick with enough alcohol to mask the lack of carbonation. Overall: not overly complex but absolutely delicious.
