The colour is pale amber, the liquid is clear. The large off-white head sinks slowly, leaving lots of lacing.
Smooth sweet smell, American hops. Grapefruit and bitter oranges and citric peels. Mild smooth bitterness. Elegant.
The taste starts with malty sweet notes. Balanced notes of citric fruits and -peels. Light to medium body. Hints of bullion in the aftertaste, but mostly hoppy notes of citric peels and lemon juice in the aftertaste plus a light sweetness. Grapefruit in the finish.
The carbonation is light to medium, small smooth bubbles. Smooth liquid, almost like it was nitro-poured.
Enormously drinkable with lots of citric peel flavours. Lovely.

A dark straw colored hazy brew, a white head with little lacing and small curtains.
Smelling hoppy and fresh, lemon, grape-fruit and grass.
White bread, lemon, white grape-fruit peel.
Medium carbonation, small bubbles, fresh, a small body, a dry finish.
A good thirst quencher, good bitterness.
