Served at Tørst in their small wine glass.
A: Poured a nice dark orange/tangerine color with a 1-finger fluffy head with good lacing.
S: Huge citrus, pink grapefruit and some floral hops on the nose.
T: Again lots of juicy grapefruit and pretty fruity overall. Some malt, but not that thick, sweet, syrupy malt than many DIPAs have. This is very light and hops take center stage.
M: Medium mouth-feel with perfect carbonation.
O: This is a great DIPA, with huge grapefruit flavor profile, the alcohol is very well hidden, no booze at all.
