Very rich and dark on the pour; towering creamy head good retention. The nose has an inviting toasty oatmeal scent with dark malts roast coffee, cocoa and caramel sweetness. Very hearty, rich coffee flavor with spices oats chocolate and malt, substantial and satisfying. Thick and chewy as on might expect from a stout more carbonation than average. Bitter-sweet finish dry and filling with a complex and rewarding flavor tasty especially in the fall and winter.
